Possible fault

Power adaptor not connected. Ensure the plugs are firmly
fitted.
Dead. No Leds lit
Internal batteries exhausted.
Recharge batteries
Dead but Leds lit Red
Not switched on correctly.
Hold “On” button down for
5 seconds
Display lit but not reading
discs.
Disc incorrectly fitted or
damaged
Face disc with label upwards.
Try another disc.
Dirty laser optic.
Use a Cleaning disc
Remote Handset Not
Operating
Handset battery exhausted
Replace CR2025 Battery
Out Of Range
Move closer to the DVD Player
Path blocked
Remove obstacles between
the remote handset and the
player
Background light
Remote handsets do not
operate to their full potential
in bright sunlight situations.
Darken the room.
Distorted or noisy picture

Clean the disc
Dirty Lens
Use a lens cleaning system
to clean the pickup lens.
Invalid key displayed
User Prohibited Function
Some DVD's do not allow
certain functions, eg skipping.
Disc Will Not Play
Rating too high for the player
Ensure that the rating setting
is sufficient for the disc being
played.
General malfunction
Battery exhausted
Charge the internal battery.
No, or unusual operation
Turn the unit off completely
and restart.
