1. Use the remote control TV button to set the input source to
"TV" mode.
2. Press the MENU button to display the main menu screen.
3. Press the UP / DOWN button to select Programmes.
4. Press the MENU button to enter.
5. Press the UP / DOWN button to the desired item.
6. Press the MENU button to set the desired item.
7. Select EXIT to return to the main menu screen or press the
EXIT button to exit.
