NOTE: 

•  This unit not only plays commercial compact discs but also self-recorded CD-R/RW discs.

•  Because of non-standardized format definition/production of CD-R/RW, playback quality & performance is not 

      guaranteed.

•  Manufacturer is not responsible for the playability of CD-R/RW due to recording conditions such as PC performance,     

      writing software, media properties etc.

•  Do not attach a label, seal, or sticker to either side of the CD-R/RW disc. It may cause a malfunction.

PLAY MODE

1.  Press the FUNCTION button to switch the unit in “CD” mode.

2.  Open the CD DOOR, load a CD with the label side facing up, and then close the CD door.

3.  Disc information (total number of tracks) will appear on the LCD screen, and press PLAY button to start playing the 

     CD. The LCD screen will show the TRACK No. that is being played.

4.  While playing, press the PLAY/PAUSE button to pause playback; the symbol “

       

” will flash. Press the PLAY/PAUSE 

      button again to resume playing.

5.  Adjust the volume level to a comfortable level by pressing the VOLUME– or buttons.

6.  Press the STOP button to stop playback.

NOTE:   If skipping occurs during CD play, try turning the volume down.

Do not open the CD Door when a CD is playing. Wait until the disc has stopped spinning completely before opening the 

CD door.

SKIP AND SEARCH MODE

1.  Press the        or        button to go to the next track or return to the beginning of the current track, respectively.

2.  Press and hold the       or        button to scan quickly through a track during CD playback.

REPEAT/RANDOM PLAYBACK MODES

Press the MODE button to cycle through all of playback modes. The current mode will be shown on the

LCD screen.

PROGRAM PLAY MODE

This function allows music tracks to be played in a programmed sequence.

NOTE: Program can only be set while the unit is in CD mode and playback has been stopped.

1.   Press the MODE Button. The CD Track Display will display “P01” and “PROG” will blink on the LCD screen.

2.   Press the        or        button to select the song to be saved in the program list.

3.   Press the MODE button again to save the track. The CD Track Display will advance to “P02”.

4.   Repeat steps 2 and 3 to save as many as 20 tracks to the program list.  If you attempt to program more than 20 

      tracks, the LCD screen will read “FUL”.

5.   Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to begin programmed play. The first track in program will appear in the LCD display. 

      Press the        or       button to show all the programmed songs.

6.   To cancel programmed play, press the STOP button.

7.   As long as the unit remains on and the CD Door is not opened, you can resume playing the program list at any time by 

      pressing the MODE button and then PLAY/PAUSE.
