Slider test

Slides the fader show in the incated area to test its functionality.

For the 9 vertical fader, push it to the top then push it down to the bottom to ensure it can reach
top and bottom side. When it does, the fader will show green to pass.

Noted that when fader are at the top position, the current parameter are 127 and bottom is 0.
4 As for the one and only horizontal slider, push it to the left most with the current parameter is 0 and
to the right most with the current parameter is 127.
Encoder test

There are only one encoder to be tested.

The encoder are the CUE LEVEL. This VR only need to turn it clockwise 360 deg but
you just need to turn it slowly to pass it.

After this test, the display of the test application should be as below.
