Check Y/C BLOCK.
Check Q602 and peripheral circuit.
Check IC604 and peripheral circuit.
Check P. CON 5V line.
Check CF601 and peripheral circuit.
Check POWER BLOCK.
Replace J4201.
Is there voltage at pin 6
of IC604 9V ?
