Chapter 5: Internal Wiring
5.1 Schematic Diagram for Internal Wiring (DC03HDNC1U)
The installation instructions for appliances that are intended to be permanently
connected to fixed wiring, and have a leakage current that may exceed 10mA, shall state
that the installation of a residual current device (RCD) having a rated residual operating
current not exceeding 30mA is advisable.
Ground leakage current is less than 3.5mA; non grounding can be a portion of the total
and the total current is less than 0.25mA
An all-pole disconnection switch having a contact separation of at least 1/8” (3mm) in
all poles should be connected in fixed wiring”
The appliance shall be installed in accordance with national and local wiring
regulations.
Air conditioner external wiring, wire specifications: IEC 53 (RVV) 3×1.5mm².
