1. Should the electrical outlet be located on the opposite side of the control panel, proceed 
as follows for relocating the electrical cable:
     a. Remove carefully the control knobs.
     b. Remove the side screws from the plastic front.
     c. Remove plastic front.
     d. Invert the cable position, so it can pass along the lower part of the unit front.
     e. Cut carefully with pliers the opposite opening on the plastic front.
     f.  Re-install the plastic front, the screws and the control knobs.

2. Demonstrate operation of the air conditioner to the customer and explain all its functions.

3. Explain filter removal, cleaning and re-installtion.
