LIABLE FOR AN SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES FOR
BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
WHATSOEVER. THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE DELAY IN
RENDERING SERVICE UNDER THIS WARRANTY OR LOSS OF USE DURING
