Visual inspect that:
•
All nozzles are spraying ok.
•
Nozzles are not spraying water direct to machinery or any building equipment.
•
Turbulence in the ambient air causing water to condensate.
•
Water is fully evaporated causing no harm or negative impact to people, environment or
the process.
•
All fans are running.
•
Fans starts and stops with the nozzles if fan start/stop is installed.
Check:
•
Check that the sensor is showing the right values. Compare with a calibrated instrument.
•
Check both humidity and temperature readings - If both are in use.
•
Disconnect the sensor zone by zone to check that the correct zone displays low humidity
alarm Reconnect and reset alarm before testing another zone.
Check:
•
Inspect the spray chamber for leakage.
•
Ensure that there is no water before or after the chamber.
•
Check the room humidity avg. compare with exhaust value to insure correct location.
PI controller:
•
If customer is controlling, make sure to tune the control speed before adjusting PI on
the duct sensor.
•
Adjust the PI controller if system is reaction to fast or to slow.
- Adjust both exhaust and duct PI. Adjusting PI control is a slow process, so after changing
a value, you need to wait until it has stabilized, before doing further adjustment.
•
P = Sets the P gain (1 - 255) that is applied to the PID input. A large value will tend to
reduce the error, but may cause instability, oscillations, if too high.
•
I =Sets the time (1-255) constant that is used to calculate the integral of the PID input. The
smaller the integral time, the faster the offset will be eliminated. If set too short, it can
cause overshoot or oscillations.

Scada:
•
Log in with password ”9963”.
•
Setup IP address.
•
Check that there is connection.
Datalog:
•
Activate datalog extractor and extract the data.
•
Setup how often you want to extract the data.
•
Open a log file with the excel monitor sheet and setup the link to folder and save it.
•
Check one logfile to ensure that everything is the way it should be.
