Positioning
•
Install the RO Basic on an even surface wall, use the 2 designated holes in the frame
- The booster supply pump should be below water outlet on tank
Drain
•
Drain for waste water has to be 40 mm, terminated 20 cm above floor level
Water connections
•
Connect water supply to water inlet on RO Basic™
•
Connect 10 mm hose from permeate outlet
- Connect it to tank inlet
•
Install needle valve and non return valve to the rinse water outlet
- Connect 6 mm hose and lead it to drain
•
Connect 3/4” hose from tank outlet
- Connect to booster pump inlet
•
Connect 3/4” hose from booster pump outlet
- Connect to consumer
•
Secure all hoses proper so they stay in position also during operation
•
Install wire from RO control
- Connect it to connection box on the water tank
Make sure that all connections between RO and drain has no physical contact due to hygiene
Install the HydroSens on an even surface wall, 1 meter above floor level,
use the 4 designated holes in the frame or a wall bracket, see illustration
Position the unit:
•
Free space and easy access to daily use, and service the unit.
•
To optimal access and routings for the cables and hoses out to the zones.
•
Before pulling and connecting the hoses, check which valve goes to which zone, and if there is
more than one valve to the same zone.
Drain
•
Drain for pressure relive has to be 40 mm diameter,
terminated 20 cm above floor level
•
To avoid contamination, position the drain hose above drain – Never in the drain
