Make sure incoming pressure does not exceed the maximum working pressure of
15 bar.

Keep children away from the working area.
3.
Use proper eye protection when assembling and using the hose reel.
4.
Assemble the hose reel on a clean workbench free of debris and moisture.
5.
Check the compressed-air hose reel regularly for air leakage using soap liquid.
6.
Do not drop any heavy objects on the hose and do not allow the hose to kink.
7.
Always allow clearance for the hose to avoid damage.
8.
Keep the equipment away from heat and fire, as this may damage the hose and
the hose reel.
9.
Be cautious when using compressed air. Never aim the flow at people or animals.
Exposure of skin directly to pressurized air could result in severe body injury. Do
not use compressed air to clean clothing.
10.
Only those persons who are aware of how to use the air reel hose, by having read
this manual, should use the equipment. Injudicious use may cause danger.
4. ASSEMBLY
Attention: the assembling parts are not supplied.
To assemble the air hose reel, proceed as follows:
▪
Apply Teflon tape or pipe sealant to reel hose fitting threads, attach this hose to
the inside end of axle and tighten.
▪
Put the lead hose onto the swivel, then screw down the lead hose fitting onto the
swivel to tighten the lead hose.
▪
Feed the long hose through the drum opening, then wrap the hose on the drum.
Hose length should be 30 m maximum.
5. MAINTENANCE
To prolong the life of the compressed-air hose reel, we advise you to consider the
following maintenance prescriptions.
•
Do not leave the air hose reel outdoor and prevent rain and snow to affect your hose
reel.
•
Grease all moving parts at least once a year.
•
Check the air hose reel regularly for air leakage using soap liquid.
