Operation

The ECo Mancooler is simple to operate, simply plug into appropriate electrical receptacle

(outlet) and switch on.  The on / off switch is located near the top of the unit (just off to

one side).  It is a rotary switch that both turns the unit on / off and adjusts the speed.

The unit’s speed can be adjusted from 100% speed down to approximately 10% of speed.

Adjust the speed according to personal comfort. To turn off - Rotate switch counter
clockwise until it clicks off.

Note:  On start-up the EC motor needs to determine the position of the rotor in order

to operate properly.  In doing so, it may actually run backwards for a very short period of

time.  Unit may cog (jump from position to position) at very low speed.  This is normal

operation.

Particularly when the unit is first put into use, observe the unit for any abnormal vibration

(greater than .25 inches / second).  If unit seems to be vibrating, make sure that all four wheels

are in contact with floor.  If necessary, reposition unit so that all four wheels are supported.

If unit seems to be vibrating abnormally immediately shut unit off and consult factory.
