9. REMOTE
ASSISTANCE
In case you need help from VirtualFly technical service, there is the pos-
sibility to make a remote connection to your SOLO-G1. For that, you
should do the following:
1. Connect a network cable with Internet connection to the (B) connector.
2. On the STBY BAT ARM/TEST switch, please switch 3 consecutive
times to the TEST position.
3. Wait until the next tab appears on the screen:

• Take note of the ID code that appear on the screen.
4. Contact with Virtual Fly technical support service ([email protected]
fly. com) to:
• Give us “ID” code.
• Schedule a remote session.
Once Virtual Fly technical support has finished the session, you should
reboot your
SOLO-G1.
