Banding Filter
If the screen of your computer flickers when using PC Camera
function, change the "Banding Filter" item on the "Video Setting"
tab to avoid noise. Select "50Hz" or "60Hz" until the screen stops
flickering.

Bandwidth
If the controller does not have enough bandwidth available for the
camera, set the "Bandwidth" item on the "Video Setting" tab. The
smaller the bandwidth value is, the less the bandwidth is
occupied, which means more time is required for transmitting
images.
