USING YOUR STEAM IRON
BEFORE FIRST USE
1. Remove any sticker, protective foil or storage cover from the soleplate.
2. Heat up the iron to maximum temperature and iron over a piece of damp
cloth for several minutes to remove any residue on the soleplate.
Note:
It is normal that a strange odour comes out from the unit for the
first use.
OPERATION
3. Hold the iron in a tilted position, using the measuring cup to fill water into
the water tank. Ensure not to exceed the maximum level on the tank. See
fig 1.
4. Press down cover of water tank and you will hear a click if it is in the
correct position.
5. Connect plug to outlet and turn temperature dial to your desired setting,
which is depended on the fabric of garment. And indicator light will be
illuminated. Refer to Fig.2 and
IRONING TIPS
latter.
6. Make sure steam button is on dry position. (See fig 3), then place the
iron vertically (See fig 4).
