Huaqi provides delivery service rather than visiting service for all products and does not bore the
transportation expenses occurred in the process of delivery repair.

The failure date refers to the date that the product is sent to Huaqi customer service center.

The downloading services provided by Huaqi customer service center exclude, but not limited to audio,
video,software,firmware; Huaqi customer service center will not provide any other downloading service
without Huaqi formal commitments

When you deliver the faulty product, kindly be sure to leave your telephone number so that we can contact
you timely after repair. Please come and take the product within a period of one week upon the receipt of the
notification. Huaqi or its dealer would not assume responsibility for keeping the unclaimed products after 3
months’ preservation.

You may choose paid service if the product is beyond warranty
