Service and conditions:
Huaqi pledged that:
The time limit of our service is effective from the date of purchase that refers to the date recorded on the purchase
invoice. We will provide service by reference to the formal purchase invoice and effective warranty for service
guarantees with the complete information and the seal of Huaqi or the dealers.
Three months free service guarantee: Within the terms of service guarantees and under the conditions of normal
operation and maintenance, any failure caused by parts and components of the purchased product can be repaired
without any charge after the examination by Huaqi’s technicians.
If the period of service is subject to change without notice, the description of the service guarantees and user
manual may be used to interpret the claims.
The followings are exclusive in the service scope of service:

Exceed the time limit of service guarantees and free repair term.
2.
Any alternation on the warranty or uniformity between the sequence No. recorded on the warranty and the
product itself.
3.
No formal purchase invoice and effective service guarantees warranty (expect those proved to be in the
service term by reference to the sequence number of product)
4.
Any damage caused by operation, maintains, preservation due to keeping out of accordance with manual.
5.
Damage caused by artificial factor
6.
Damage caused by force majeure
7.
Any repair, alternation, refitting, or disassembling by the personnel’s who are not authorized by Huaqi.
Huaqi is not liable for the special, unexpected or indirect loss of users or dealers.
