5. Troubleshooting
Problem
Solutions
Cannot power on and nothing happen even if
connected to PC or AC power adapter.
Slide the power switch to OFF, and then slide
to ON, the device will be reboot.
If that does not work, please return the device
to your dealer for service.
Screen freeze and does not respond to
control anymore.

not supported. Click the parameters

if the parameters are beyond the supported
range of the device.
Can not link to the computer.
Unplug and replug the USB cable or reboot
PC or device.
No sound.
Check whether the parameter of volume is
ser to 0.
The remote control is invalid.
The distance between remote control and
device is too long or the angle is more than

Check whether the battery is poor contact or
in low power.

Check the file path, the device cannot read
