WARNING! Never insert your hand or other part of your body to the triggering area when
connecting the machine to the air network or when removing it from the air network. Never
point the machine towards yourself or other people.
MALFUNCTIONS
If the stapler won't go off, check
The compressed air input and the condition of the safety lever.
The condition and function of the nail cartridge.
The nail has got stuck to the triggering area
Remove the machine from the pneumatic network.
Pull the stuck nail out with grippers.
The nail has got stuck inside the holder
Remove the machine from the pneumatic network.
Pull the nail holder back.
Remove the stuck nail and close nail holder by pushing it.
NOTE! In order to avoid damages stop using the machine immediately after you
notice a malfunction.
MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE
Before performing maintenance procedures remove the appliances from the network and remove
the compressed air from them.
Check and maintain the machines and safety equipment regularly.
CLEANING
Never use fuel or any other flammable liquids to clean the tools.
Remove dirt gathered outside the stapler with pneumatic air, clean and lubricate safety
lever with air pressure oil if needed. Do not use too much lubricate. Before using the
tool, make sure that safety lever works.
Stapler, couplings and hoses must be protected against dirt. Rough dust, sand etc. can
cause malfunctions, leaks and injure the stapler and couplings.
The stapler must be lubricated before use.
Remove the machine from the air network.
Turn the machine upside down and place 2-5 drops of oil to the air outlet. Only use oil
that is suitable for pneumatic appliances. Use the machine right after lubrication.
Remove the excessive oil. Excessive oil damages the O-ring washers.
Daily lubrication is not needed if you use an oil distributor.
