Loading
When choosing the right nail type, length and shooting power you must be careful not to
shoot through the target or material or towards other people.
1. Remove the machine from the pneumatic network.
2. Pull the nail pusher back until it locks
3. Insert a row of nails to the holder. Make sure that the nails are clean and that
they are inserted correctly.
4. Release the nail pusher by pushing the release lever
WARNING! Never insert your hand or other part of your body to the triggering area
when connecting the machine to the air network or when removing it from the air
network. Never point the machine towards yourself or other people.
Checking the safety trigger mechanism

Remove the machine from the pneumatic network.

Empty the nail holder.

Make sure that the trigger and safety trigger mechanism move up and down without
obstacles.

Connect the pneumatic system to the machine.

Push the safety trigger mechanism to the work piece without pulling the trigger.
The machine must not be on.

Lift the machine from the base. Pull the trigger. The machine must not be on.

Push the safety mechanism down against the work piece and pull the trigger. The
machine must hit.

The sensibility of the safety tip must be regulated with the adjusting screw if
necessary.
7. MALFUNCTIONS
NOTE! In order to avoid damages stop using the machine immediately after
you notice a malfunction.
If the nailer won't go off, check

The income of the compressed air and the condition of the safety lever and the
regulation of the safety tip

The condition and function of the nail cartridge
The nail has got stuck to the triggering area

Remove the machine from the pneumatic network.

Remove the stuck nail by pliers.
The nail has got stuck inside the holder

Remove the machine from the pneumatic network.

Pull the nail feeder back until it closed.

Remove the stuck nail and release the nail pusher
