7. Check the IP address of the data logger in the data logger menu
Settings>Device settings>Communication.
8. Enter the IP address in the field next to
IP address or computer
name

9. Select 10001 as TCP port.

OK.

®
Control
The connection to the ALMEMO
®
470 wireless data logger is
supported starting with program version 6.3 .

The data logger must be connected to the PC either via USB
connection, via an Ethernet connection, or via an Ethernet network.

The data logger must not be connected to the AMR WinControl
software or to the ALMEMO
®
470 MeshViewer software.
1. Install the ALMEMO
®
Control software.
2. Open the ALMEMO
®
Control software.
Connection via USB
3. Click on
Interface.
4. Click on the tab
ALMEMO cable (serial interface).
5. Click on the field underneath
Interface.
6. Click on the relevant COM port number.
To identify the COM port number, see chapter 7.5.1 How to establish
a USB Connection, section Identify the COM port number.
7. Click on the field underneath
Baud rate.
