1) INTERNAL PADDING
We recommend that you carry out the following operations while resting the helmet on a
flat surface.

THIS HELMET’S LINER IS MADE OF POLYSTIRENE (EPS)
The crown pad and the cheek pads are removable and washable. To remove and install the
internal padding, follow the instructions and observe the figures below.
To wash the internal padding, refer to the “Safety Warning” booklet.
