3.4.9  Interfaces A3, B3, C3: Digital and Analog I/Os 

Connectors A3, B3, and C3 (I/Os), one for each axis, each provide 6 isolated inputs, 3 isolated 

outputs, 1 analog output, and 1 analog input. 
Additional I/Os are available on interfaces A2, B2, C2 (Halls), and on interface X4 (General I/Os) 
For schematics and more information about these interfaces, refer to the section I/O Interfaces – 

Circuitry.

Note – 5V supply limitation  

The 5V supply provided at pin 9 of each AXIS connector is internally limited to 0.5A per 

connector. The maximum total current provided by all the 5V pins in the product is 

limited to 1.5A.
