Insufficient Vacuum
Pressure
The vacuum pressure generated by
the air source is not sufficient to
hold down the seal inside the
sealing chamber.
Contact Velocity11 Technical Support.
Machine Overheating
The temperature of the hot plate is
above acceptable limits.
Monitor the temperature and wait for
the hot plate to cool down. If the
temperature continues to rise, turn off
the PlateLoc. Contact Velocity11
Technical Support.
Memory Access
An error was encountered when
accessing the memory.
Restart the PlateLoc. If the error
recurs, contact Velocity11 Technical
Support.
Memory Initialization
The PlateLoc found a memory error
during startup and all parameter
settings have been reset to the
default values.
Contact Velocity11 Technical Support.
No Plate in Holder
No plate was detected on the plate
stage.
Load the plate and start the seal cycle.
Serial
Communications
The serial communications buffer
has been overloaded.
Contact Velocity11 Technical Support.
Temperature Sensors
The temperature sensors are
reading conflicting values.
Restart the PlateLoc. If the error
recurs, contact Velocity11 Technical
Support.
Temperature Sensor
Settings
The temperature sensors are not
configured properly. The sensors are
not enabled.
Contact Velocity11 Technical Support.
Transfer Plate Vacuum
The seal is not positioned correctly
inside the PlateLoc.
Reload the seal. See “Loading and
unloading a roll of seal” on page 53
for instructions.
If you are unable to pull the seal out,
contact Velocity11 Technical Support.
