1. FREQUENCY, SP AN, and AMPLITUDE are the fundamen tal functions for
most measuremen ts. The HOLD k ey freezes the active function and holds it
at a set v alue un til a function k ey is pressed again. HOLD also blanks the
softkey men u and expands the graticule display horizontally to ll the full
CR T.
