Operating from a Flopp y Disk
When y ou run the softw are from a opp y disk drive, b e sure to leav e the
second master disk in the disk drive while the program runs. If this is not
done, the program will not run.
Running the Softw are
CA UTION
This softw are uses RAM memory v olumes for fast access of
data les. These v olumes may also b e used b y other programs
and could con tain data that will b e erased b y this program.
Make sure that the computer y ou are using do es not ha v e
imp ortant data in an y memory v olumes b efore running this
softw are.
Configuration Limitations
The computer con taining the softw are m ust b e the only con troller on the bus.
If more than one con troller is presen t, the softw are will not run prop erly .
Loading the Softw are
1. Make sure the softw are has b een copied in to a directory (if running from a
hard disk) or copied to a w ork disk (if running from a opp y disk).
2. Set the default mass storage to the directory or opp y disk that con tains the
test softw are. Use the BASIC MSI command. See the BASIC L anguage
R efer enc e for more information on setting the default mass storage.
