ASSEMBLY

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

Refer to Figure 5.

Hydraulic cylinder and hoses should be installed as

shown.

Warning: Do not attach rod end of the cylinder

until the cylinder has been cycled
and purged of air. Cycle the cylinder
by fully extending and retracting the
rod several times. Then connect the
rod to the machine.

SCRAPERS (OPTIONAL)

Refer to Figure 6.

Attach scraper bar support to the roller gang

hanger’s upper set of holes. Support must be

mounted to rear. Install in upper set of holes in

scraper bar support for 17” rollers. Install in lower set

holes for 19” rollers. Distance between scraper bar

supports should be evenly spaced as possible.

Assemble the scraper bar to bar supports with tab

and 3/8” whiz nuts. Mount scrapers to bar with

u-bolts and whiz nuts.
