Safety measures for Transport:
Use ratchet strap to tie down the tank on
trailer. Pass at least 2 straps going through
the four lifting lugs.

Filling the DT1 tank:
A fill cap is located on top of the tank and is used to fill it. Close and tighten cap when filling is completed.
Follow this procedure when filling tank:
a. Level the tank or the vehicle that it is mounted on.
b. Loosen fill cap and lay to the side. Open slowly to release any pressure.
c. Fill the tank with a hand-held nozzle. Watch the fuel gauge on tank while filling to only go the tank’s
capacity.
d. Close and tighten fill cap. And then tighten another ¼ turn to minimize the chance of leakage.
e. Close and lock the hatch lid
IMPORTANT:
Do not direct connect. Do not spill any fuel.
