Installation Instructions

1) See Figures 53 & 54.

 Remove bottom collar and insert electric cord 

and swing arm assembly through the spring assembly.

2) See Figure 54.

 Slide lock collar over the power cable and onto the 

front swing-arm and tighten 5/16-18 x 1" bolt W/ nylon patch thru hole 
in tube and tighten second bolt against tube.
