ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS

Disconnect the electrical supply before any operations and ensure that the DXA Unit

cannot be started accidentally.

Only cables provided by Aereco must be used to carry on the DXA Unit installation. If using

different cables, Aereco won’t be able to guarantee the good functioning of the appliance.

The installation must be carried out by a professional

in compliance with applicable

regulations in force in the country of installation. Each product or component used in the
installation must also comply with standards in force in the country.

Note:

RJ12 and RJ45 cables provide both supply and connections. The DX Hub allows also 5 RJ12

connections where sensors (or user’s interface) can be connected instead of connecting sensors to
the DXA Unit itself. However, the maximal RJ12 cable length between the DX Hub and the sensors
must not exceed the length calculated thanks to the equation below :

Do not connect RJ45 cables to an Ethernet or a phone network. Only external devices

provided by Aereco must be connected to RJ plugging.

The DXA Unit is not designed to be connected to smart home system; settings and data

display are realised only through the Aereco touch screen interface.
