10.2. COMMISSIONING PROCEDURE FOR AERECO DXA MODBUS EXCELLENCE
Before measuring the airflow be sure that the installation is well done. For that ensure that all the points below are checked.
VISUAL INSTALLATION CHEKING
Remarks
Supply units are put in every main rooms (living room, bedroom)
(accessibility)
Door relief vent (2 cm in the kitchen, 1 cm in every other rooms)
Exhaust units put in the utility rooms (toilet, bathroom, kitchen…)
(accessibility)
Positioning of the defrosting in the fresh air duct (direction shown by the
arrows)
Access hatch for the defrosting
Positioning and level of the DXA Unit (vertical) and fixation of the DXA Unit to
the wall
Conformity of duct connection (direction shown by the arrows on the DXA
Unit)
Flexible connection sleeve at the DXA Unit and airtightness of the
connections
Exhaust air and fresh air duct (insulated and Ø160 mm)
Supply voltage 230V
Ground connections
RJ 12 and RJ 45 connections
Individual electrical connection for electrical device (defrosting, DXA Unit)
Check that the ducts are single or double according to the design sheet
Check that siphon or pump evacuation works properly (pipes are not stuck,
and sealing is tight)
Duct connections are tight
RJ cable connections are <10m (cables cut to the min necessary length)
Extract compensation valve is installed in the right direction (arrow shows
airflow direction)
Extract compensation valve is installed approx. at the same distance from DX
unit as the furthest extract grill
The position of the presence and/or CO2 sensors is according to the
installation guide
Extract compensation valve is accessible by hatch
