Tips on cooking and frying

Cookware

Use cookware with a flat bottom. The cookware must stand firmly on 
the pan brackets.

Energy saving

If possible, always place lids on the 
pans.

The flame level should be adjusted 
to ensure the flame does not rise 
beyond the perimeter of the cook-
ware.
