Worldwide service
Service may be obtained from AE Techron. Transport your unit in original
factory package. If you don’t have the original shipping container, contact us
and a replacement will be sent promptly. Shipments should be sent by UPS.
We will return the unit via UPS ground. You must bear the expense of all
taxes, duties and customs fees when transporting the unit. Enclose a letter
explaining the nature of the problem and what service you would like.
Include your return shipping address and telephone number. For any other
arrangements, please contact us.
