Troubleshooting:
No sound is coming out of the Bluetooth speaker

Is the speaker plugged in with the power on?
o
Is the RIVACast connected to the speaker? Indicated by a solid blue light on the RIVACast.
My RIVACast will not turn on
o
Is it plugged in with power to a Bluetooth charging source?
o
Make sure the RIVACast lights are ON to indicate power.
My device will not pair with the Bluetooth speaker
o
Make sure that the Bluetooth speaker is in ‘discovery’ mode
o
Power on and off the Bluetooth speaker
o
Hold the Bluetooth pairing button on the RIVACast until the blue LED flashes rapidly, this puts the RIVACast
into search and pair mode
