Tool
Tool judgement result
···················Reflects the logical operation result of the judgment result of the tool ID
specified in the specified output. For logical operation, OR / AND / XOR can be
selected, and it is possible to perform logical operation of the output of 8 tools. Logi-
cal operation is performed with OK as False and NG as True.
Judgement of cameras
···················Reflects the logical operation result of the judgment result of the cam-
era specified in the specified output. For logical operation, OR / AND / XOR can be
selected, and it is possible to perform logical operation of the output of 8 cameras. As
the judgment result of the specified camera becomes the judgment result at the time
of execution of the tool, execute it with proper synchronization in the camera end
monitoring such as the state monitoring tool. Logical operation is performed with OK
as False and NG as True.
Output result
TCP nonprocedural communication, PLC link communication, and CSV file saving
are possible at the timing of tool execution.
Please refer to the user's manual (I / O setting / communication).
Flow control
Jump to another tool
Jump to the specified tool ID.
By combining with the execution condition judgment function, it is possible to control
execution / non-execution of the middle tool only under specific conditions.
Set branch control variable
Set branch variables.
By combining with the execution condition judgment function, it is possible to control
execution / non-execution of subsequent tools.
