Two 16-bit Counters/Timers:
- Counter source: DI1 & DI3, Pulse output: DO2 & DO3
- Can be cascaded as one 32-bit counter/timer
- Down counting, preset counting value
- Interrupt handling, speed: 40 kHz
- Internal timer time base: 100 kHz, 10 kHz, 1 kHz, 100 Hz
