– Description of your peripheral attachments
– Description of your software (operating system, version, application software,
etc.)
– Comprehensive description of the problem
– The exact wording of any error messages

Before setting up the system, check that the items listed below are included in the
shipment and in good condition.

– Warranty card
– Adaptor
– User manual
– DC-IN interface fixing bracket
If any of these items are missing or damaged, please contact your distributor or sales
representative immediately.
