Attach the Heater Block

Heater Block and Cable

BK-2001 (Existing Heater Block)

Locate the screws for the attached heater block.

3.5.1b

HK-2100 (New Heater Block)

Locate the new heater block assembly and screws.

3.5.2

Position Heater Block

Align the pins in the heater block with the heater
seal as shown.

3.5.3

Install Heater Block Screws

The cylinder tip should be visible through the
weep holes. Use a #1PH to install the heater
block screws.
