1. Check if air purifier is properly plugged in
and powered on.
2. Make sure unit is turned ON.
3. Hold down Filter Reset Button.

2. Open the base cover and make sure that
any plastic packaging was removed from
the filter.

change the mode
2. The air purifier is malfunctioning - check
power supply if problem still exists,
contact customer service.

for a long time - replace the filter.

or water entered the filter - Replace filter.
3. Using unclean filter for a long time or
completely blocked filter - Clean the filter,
if problem is not resolved, replace the
filter.
4. Abnormal smell - Stop the air purifier
immediately and turn off the power;
