Ethernet messages are enabled by default, however can be selectively disabled.

NMEA 0183 broadcast packets are sent via multicast to IP address

239.192.0.4

These are sent whenever an Ethernet connection is established and cannot be disabled.

The minimum rate is 1 Hz, except for GPHBT & TSS1 whereby the minimum is as indicated in the table
