A dirty sample probe may affect accuracy and repeatability.
•
Clean cooling well weekly
•
Use Swab Cleaner Kit dampened with isopropyl alcohol to clean cooling well.
•
Why?
Buildup in cooling well may affect accuracy and repeatability and may cause “Sample Did Not Freeze” errors.
•
Examine exhaust fans monthly
•
Ensure exhaust fans are unobstructed by dust or debris.
•
Why?
Dirty exhaust fans will cause internal instrument temperature to rise, which may cause test errors or component failures.
•
Cleaning the Solenoid Semiannual
