Although the detector needs to be as close as possible to the coil ,on certain vehicles
a) The coil will emit a signal when the door is opened.
b) The coil will emit a signal when the ign key is inserted into the ign and not turned on.
c) The ‘OK’ LED will flash at various times and the sound will vary dependant upon car.
