Refer to Table 7 for Ethernet LED Indications.
Install DS1 Connections
For the DS1 Connections, refer to Figure 14 on page 27 and Table 8 to complete the following
steps:
1. Route the wires through the same cable entry as the POTS cables.
2. Strip back the jacket of a CAT 5 or 6 cable.
3. Connect the wires to the RJ ‐ 45 connectors using a RJ ‐ 45 crimper.
4. Insert the RJ ‐ 45 connectors in the appropriate DS1 socket.
Refer to Table 8 for a list of DS1 Cable Pin ‐ Outs.
