WARRANTY AND SERVICES
Any delivery costs of shipping the product are to be covered by the user during servicing within or after the warranty period.
1)
Terms of Warranty:
ADTECHNO Inc. warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship
for
one year,
starting from the date of purchase (As per recorded in the invoice or receipt).
Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted invoice to proof the validity of the warranty must be presented
during servicing to obtain free warranty service within the warranty period.
2)
What is not covered by the warranty (servicing available for a fee):
Warranty period of one year has exceeded.
Product seal with serial number has been altered or removed.
No proof of purchase.
Damage or malfunction caused by:
Normal wear and tear.
Use of equipment or accessories not meeting product specifications.
Tempering of device.
Force majeure and/or Acts of God.
Servicing not authorized by ADTECHNO Inc.
Any other causes which does not relate to a product defect.
Delivery, installation or labor charges for installation or setup of the product.

product. To ease the process, please prepare the following information before contacting us:
Product model and name.
Details of the problem(s).
Details leading up to the cause of the problem(s).
