LIMITED WARRANTY
This product has been designed and manufactured to meet the highest standards of quality and durability. Subject to the
Conditions for Exercising the Warranty and the Limitations on the Warranty set forth below, it is warranted to be free of
material and manufacturing defects for a period of
1 year
on the windows,
2 years
on the roof
and
5 years
on the structure
from the date of purchase. Should the product become damaged, or the warranty period has expired, please contact Adlonco
Holdings Customer Service Department for a complete schedule of replacement parts, prices, and repair charges.
CONDITIONS FOR EXERCISING THE WARRANTY
In order to properly exercise your warranty, please comply with the following:
1.
Carefully inspect the contents of the carton for missing or damaged components. Should you discover damaged or
missing parts,
do not return the product to the place of purchase,
but contact Adlonco Holdings Customer Service

2.
The product and/or any defective parts must be returned to us
prior to May 1
, transportation prepaid, along with a
proof of purchase.
3.
A product returned to us
after May 1
for service under warranty may not be repaired in time for the next season.
Furthermore, any overtime charges incurred by us in servicing the product shall be billed to you.
4.
We reserve the right to replace or repair any defective product or parts at our discretion.
5.
Do not mark the roof with permanent or damaging marks.
LIMITATIONS ON THE WARRANTY
1.
The product is not warranted against wind damage or damage from falling objects.
2.
The product is only warranted in the event it is installed in accordance with the Adlonco Holding’s written instructions
enclosed with the product.
3.
The product is not warranted in the event it has been improperly anchored. In particular,
the guide wires must be
installed
as shown in the sketch on page 1. The anchors for them are not included. They depend on the type of ground
the shelter is placed on.
4.
In the event the ground is not frozen when the product is installed, then weights (not enclosed) of at least 300 lbs per
area of 11’ x 16’ must be installed in addition to the floor brackets and nails.
5.
In the event outside temperatures are colder than +45° F/+7° C, the roof must be kept indoors until it is placed on the
frame. If not, the windows may break and such breakage shall not be covered by the warranty.
6.
The roof must at all times be kept free of snow and ice accumulation. Any damage which may be caused by an
accumulation of snow and ice shall not be covered by the warranty. Snow and ice must be removed from the roof from
the right to the left and in four (4) foot sections at a time. Removal of snow and ice from the interior of the product can
result in damage to the product as well as potential serious injury to the individual(s) involved in the removal in
question. It is strongly recommended that the product not be placed adjacent to a building or under trees since snow
and ice may slide onto the roof and thus causing excessive weight. In the event that the product is placed adjacent to a
building or under a tree, then additional care must be taken to ensure there is no excessive accumulation of snow and
ice and on the roof.
7.
This product is not warranted to be waterproof, unless the product description ends in “WP”.
8.
This product is not warranted against condensation, which may occur if the product is not installed on asphalt and the
ground is not completely frozen on installation.
9.
The cover fabric of this unit has been treated to resist the damaging effects of the sun’s ultraviolet rays. However, it
is obligatory that the product be dismantled and stored during the summer months in order to extend product life.
This product is not warranted unless the said product is dismantled and stored during the summer months. We
strongly recommend that the original carton in which the product was shipped be retained for off-season storage. The
colour of the fabric may change naturally over time.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The doors of the unit should be closed at all times,
except when a motor is running
as there arises the danger of
asphyxiation.
