GiE62_Initialize
Load the driver of GiE62 card. You must call this
function before any other functions
GiE62_GetTotalDeviceNum Get the number of GiE62 cards in your system

Get the CardID(s) of each GiE62 cards in your
system
GiE62_OpenDevice Open GiE62 card and set it to the default status
