Isolated Output Ports (TRG, EGND)

There are 4 independent isolated output ports on PCI-8124.
Because the use of photo coupler PS9115, the output pull high is
not needed. The pin assignment of the isolated output ports on
PCI-8124 is as follows, and PS9115 output characteristics are
described in the following figure.
