Set Sensor Event
Enable

This command provides the ability to
disable or enable Event Message
Generation for individual sensor events.
The command is also used to enable or
disable sensors in their entirety using the
disable scanning
bit. (Optional/Optional)
Get Sensor Event
Enable

This command returns the enabled/
disabled state for Event Message
Generation from the selected sensor. The
command also returns the enabled/
disabled state for scanning on the sensor.

Get Sensor Event
Status

The Get Sensor Event Status command
is provided to support systems where
sensor polling is used in addition to,
or instead of, Event Messages for event
detection. (Optional/Optional)
Get Sensor
Reading
35.14 S/E 2Dh
This command returns the present
reading for sensor. The sensor device
may return a stored version of a
periodically updated reading, or the
sensor device may scan to obtain the
reading after receiving the request.
