Chapter 5 FAQ
1. No input or output signals
•
Make sure if there is power in
•
Make sure the equipment connection is correct
•
Make sure the cable is no problem
•
Make sure there is signal output among the equipment
2. The network management can not be connected
. Check the network setting is correct between equipment and PC.
. Make sure the lan is connected
. If the connection is under the LAN, the reticle should be connected
to equipment after the equipment in normal working, then it can be
connected the software of network management.
NOTE: If the above steps still can not solve the problem or there comes
out other problem, please contact the supplier or the technology
department.
