BEFORE USE
• Remove all packaging material.
• Before using for the first time, or after
prolonged storage without use, wash
any parts that will come into contact
with food.
• To remove any metal residue from the
production process, we recommend
you fit the auger (15), blade (16) and
meat screen (17) in the meat grinder
body (14) and allow the appliance to
run for approximately 2 minutes with
each meat screen without food. Then
clean the accessories before use.
SWITCHING ON AND OFF
• Press the on/off button (8). The dis-
play. The speed step is displayed as
“0” and the working time as “00:00”.
• If you do not activate the appliance
within 5 minutes, it goes into standby
mode, and the display is switched off.
• Turn the speed selector (6) clockwise
to increase the speed step one step
at a time from 0 to 8.
• Turn the speed selector (6) anticlock-
wise to decrease the speed step one
step at a time from 8 to 0.
• The display shows the working time,
which counts up when the appliance
is running.
The working time can be paused if
you tilt the arm on the appliance up.
The working time is reset once you
switch the appliance off.
WHISKING, KNEADING AND
MIXING
1. Place the mixing bowl (10) into the
recess in the base of the appliance
(9) and turn it clockwise towards the
“LOCK” mark until it locks into place.
2. Press the release button (7) and tilt
the arm (4) up. Place the required
accessory (13a/b/c) on the motor axle
and turn it clockwise to lock it into
place.
3. Put the desired ingredients into the
mixing bowl (10) and lower the arm
(4) so that the accessory is lowered
into the mixing bowl.
4. Put the splash guard (11) on the mix-
ing bowl.
